These emotions are what make us human, and are an integral part of our spiritual guidance system. Our emotions communicate incredibly important messages to us!
Please please PLEASE don’t buy into the idea that you should never FEEL anything negative (really all that is is perception).
Here is the thing:
GET ANGRY. Move through it and release. Don’t dwell or ignore.
GET SAD. Move through it and release. Don’t dwell or ignore.
BE AFRAID. Move through it and release. Don’t dwell or ignore.
